The hostile aliens are in a final stage in their effort to destroy all natural lifeforms on the planet Earth. We understood that the aliens plan to turn Earth into a mineral resource was a minor issue on their Machiavellic agenda. Their primary goal seemed to be a sick bio-genetical experiment... 

In the North West of the Euroasian continent they have taken over an art museum to be the scene for the final battle. Alien troopers, mutated pig cops, slimers, ripper chaingun armed enforcers and giant octopusses are the colorful assortment that you as Duke Nukem will meet on your way to find out what they're really up to. Despite their physical diversity, the aliens seems to equally share mans desire for females... Are they trying to mutate our chicks? And this by inspiration from art history? Is this making Man on Earth suspendable? Will their cleverly ingenious plan succeed? 

There is one lonely warrior that can answer these questions. It is up to you in this assumed identity, in this simulation, no matter which sex, race or gender you happen to be. This time there's only one way back and only one way to save humanity - Kill em all!
